It’s Almost Time
Is it relevant
for the sun to rise
on a face still cold
from a winters wind?
That breathtaking whisper of the moon’s wicked smile…
creating a cliche only trite to this new day
Is it a necessity to understand why hearts
bend in uncomfortable ways?
constantly learning to take just one more angle in a room that may always be dark.
A question on what feels right, so similar, yet so far apart is hard to answer
like so many things asked.
A maze of words are so undefined.
One can only guess what this life really means…
and it’s almost time.
